Here is breakfast for today.
One cup of Bullet Proof Coffee
4oz of fresh pork sausage
2 large hard boiled eggs
The BPC is made with Folgers Caramel Drizzle coffee (k-cup on largest setting), 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of butter (must be real butter), 1 tbsp of heavy cream, 1tsp of vanilla, and 2 tsp of Splenda (swerve makes it way too sweet for me).

Total of 3.1g of carbs, 70g of fat, and 29g of protein for breakfast.
I am allowed 20g of carbs, 118g of fat, and 156g of protein. I do not count the calories. I find that if I am eating sticking to my low carb I stay between 1500 and 2000 calories per day. I know tha some will say that it is a lot of fat, but most of my fat grams come from breakfast. I use the Atkins app on my phone to record my meals that helps me gauge where I am for the day with my totals.
My next meal will be lunch, which is usually a salad.
