A new goal

I have been focusing on my walking more than losing weight and I need to get them aligned so that I am doing them together because that is the only way I am going to really reach my goal. 

I have been doing good with the walk in the mornings during the week, but am too tired after working 12 hr shifts to walk on the weekends. I talked to chad last week about a goal that I set to walk the almost 4 miles to the Climax Tunnels and back. It would be about 7.5 miles. 


I stuck to the trail today bad walked 2.5 miles one way and back. I would have to start my walk a little earlier and make sure to take water with me, but I am going to do it.
